Aging in Place

Stay independent. Stay connected.

Staying in your own home shouldn’t mean sacrificing independence or submitting to surveillance. Whether you’re in a quiet stretch, stepping back out into the world, or adjusting to a loss, LOWKEY learns your rhythms so you can remain independent and your family can feel reassured, strictly on your terms.

You’re in control

You choose what’s shared and with whom. Change it or turn it off anytime. Your Connections may see the pattern information you choose to share, never your private messages or live location.

Grandkids, on purpose

Connect with a grandchild directly and choose the level and type of connection that works for you. At a minimum you can get an alert when someone needs you. A quiet way to keep an adult in a young person’s life, and a young person in yours.

A new kind of buddy system

Stay connected across miles: longtime friends or buddies who no longer live nearby. LOWKEY does not replace a phone call. It provides a gentle nudge and a natural reason to reach out.

A signal, not a conclusion

A few quieter days could mean rest, travel, a new routine, or something else entirely. LOWKEY shows what changed compared with your usual; you decide what it means.

“I have a tendency to hyper focus on work. LOWKEY sent me a reminder that I was spending more time at home than usual, and I got up and took a walk. Because I knew if I didn’t take care of myself, someone else would get a future alert.”

Living with change, on your terms.

93%of U.S. adults age 65 and older reported at least one chronic condition in 2023.
More than 1 in 10U.S. households are someone 65 or older living alone, and the share grows every census.

A chronic condition is part of life for many aging in place, but it does not define the person. LOWKEY does not monitor conditions or diagnose illness. It shows when everyday patterns move outside someone’s own usual range, and lets that person decide what happens next.

“Sometimes the best outcome is simply an unexpected call from an old friend who was thinking about you.”
